Position: IT Service Manager

Introduction:
The company is operating a top convenient stores and Mannings, mostly in South China area. Act as a Team leader to ensure an effective IT services are delivered to support day-to-day running for Warehousing Management System and Corporate/Shared Services function in China
Key Responsibilities:
You will be supporting Senior IT Manager for the provision of all IT services and support, in accordance with the Company IT Department 's Quality Management System, Information Security Management System and ISO20000 standard.
- Work closely with internal IT service teams, Guangzhou and offshore support team in Manila
- Manage external third parties to ensure that warehouse and office operation support are maintained on good quality and value
- Own and facilitate change, problem and incident management
- Drive regular performance review on service KPIs, and own a service improvement plan to improve service standard
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent with strong technical background
- Hands-on experience in application support on Warehouse Management System or equivalent system in FMCG environment an advantage
- Technical experience in Informix/Unix or Oracle/Linux platform preferable
- Developer/2000, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix Shell Script & C programming experience also preferable
- Experience in Oracle Financial, Human Resources & Payroll system will be advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills in leading technical teams to achieve high quality deliverables under tight schedule
- Hands-on China region management exposure in a sizeable scale
- Proven experience in managing IT service via employing ITIL best practice and processes
- Willing to provide on call support after normal office hours
- Mature, independent with good problem solving skills, and proactive to work with different levels of users
- Strong written & verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Station in Guangzhou Yuexiu area
