Position: Application Manager (Regional IT Manager)
Report to: Regional IT Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Has the ability to collect, identify, filter and formalize process and applications evolution needs and then convey them to appropriate organization (Regional IT)
- Manage Regional Application evolutions (Great Plains, RMS, SAP, Cognos, X-net etc.)
- Train and support owners and key users
- Manage changes, evolutions and maintenance of Regional applications
- Collect and organize the sharing of best practices, animate "user clubs" per IS solutions
- Provide level 2 IS support and expertise to Regional IT team members
- Coordinate IS suppliers and manage their Services
- Maintain Regional Applications and processes documentation
- Respond to Division and Group requests ; Assist application owners on IS issues
- Organize roll outs and cutover periods
- Be last resort contact of users and boutiques in case of failure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science
- Preferably 5 years solid work experience in IT application
- Experienced of MS Dynamics Great Plains 2010, MS Dynamics RMS, MS SQL Server
- Experienced of Business Intelligence concept and tools (Cognos)
- Knowledge of SAP SD, MM (also BW, PP and FI/CO)
- Experienced of Windows server, WAN and LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP
- Familiar with ITIL
- Bilingual - English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing. French is a plus
