POSITION: Support Consultant
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
JOB TYPE: Technical Support
REPORT TO: Customer Care Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first line support to existing customers via remote service.(including phone / email and other remote support)
- Responsible for partners' training to make sure they are able to provide first line support to customers.
- Release system patch.
- Provide prompt support to AC/TC.
- Submit unsolved the problem to APs' second line or third line support and seek solutions actively.
- Provide technical support, internal training or presales support.
- Understand company's secondary development process and use development tools to track problems.
- Master company's report development tools.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer technology related.
- At least 3 years related experience.
- Good knowledge on WebLogic/Oracle Database/PL SQL.
- Net, C# development experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- With good team work spirit and work with self-learning, self-active.
