KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability
- Managing & lead the Sales & Presales team to hit assigned target on the yearly basis
- Ensure all sales leads or pipeline properly recorded on an accurate & timely manner
- Successfully manages and engages the team in services sales and solution selling involving compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal to prospect for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Assist and collaborate with all marketing activities
- Ensures accurate sales forecasting, pipeline development, and maintains the operating budget
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or above in Business Studies or equivalent
- 10 years or above solid related sales working experience and 3 years or above as Senior management
- Good understanding of Enterprise Software business
- Excellent sales management from pipeline modelling as well as the ability to coach the sales process
- Outstanding track record of successfully managing a large, complex sales and specialist organization that are geographically dispersed
- Strong people management skills: ability to manage people issues effectively, to set clear commitments, to focus on accountability, to assess relative performance and manage attrition and grow diversity and inclusion
- Ability to speak conversational English & write is an advantage
- The proven ability to draft and implement successful sales plans that results in faster than market growth and increases in market share, along with an executive acumen for addressing complex competitive threats, drive strategic decisions with partners, manage multiple high priority activities, and make appropriate calls to advance the business in ambiguous situation
- Proven success in selling to C-level decision makers
