POSITION: BSA Analyst Lead

Position Summary:
The Business Analyst is the key liaison between a high profile client and the Company Technology Teams. This is a highly visible position, as the analyst elicits and drives requirements and initiatives at multiple levels of detail for a Company client(s). The analyst should have a strong attention to detail and is entrusted with accurately documenting requirements and acceptance criteria for a project.
Position Responsibilities:
- Discuss requirement with client and mapping to the CRM/loyalty solutions
- Planning and delivering the customized CRM/loyalty strategy according to the deep understanding of clients' business pain points
- Translate the business requirement into system realization, and provide detailed specifications to the development team
- Implement and manage the project through the entire project life cycle and ensure the systems meet the requirements and standard
- Guide team to analyze technical design proposal and determine the best approach
- Support project manager and the Loyalty head to manage team to achieve the task in schedule
- Analyze and interpret quantitative findings from loyalty program and system independently, and provide actionable insights and a point of view to inform business decisions
- As consultant, communicate with 3rd-party or Agency etc. if client want
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree and above holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent
- More than 5 year working experience, and minimum of 2-3 years of SCRM, CRM, or Membership/Loyalty experience
- Strong communication skills to get alignment internally and externally.
- More than 3 years in business requirement analysis or system analysis
- Technical background in system planning and design, system implementation or development is a plus
- Analytical, strategic, understand business requirements, strong ability to identify insight from data
- Experience in CRM management consulting is a big plus
- Skilled use of PPT for reporting is a big plus
