POSITION: CRM Strategy Consulting Manager

Position Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to provide Membership Lifecycle Management plan, Loyalty strategy plan and overall Performance Marketing solutions, supporting to Company Top clients in FMCG, Retails, Entertainment & Travel, Auto, and etc.
- Dig and analysis customer data, customer insights, make strategic proposals to meet different application scenarios, supporting clients to explore business values
- Customize Omni-channel communication strategies using online/offline channel resources, supporting clients to attract new customers and improve retaintion rate
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing channels and Media tools, deep insights in customers in targeting industries
- Provide Digital Marketing performance analysis and make continuous improvement management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years in Management Consulting, Marketing Consulting or related
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and Digital Marketing
- Experiences in Marketing Automation, familiar with marketing automation tools
- Very good Communication skill, good at Generalization
- Experienced in facing and consulting with C-level and senior level clients
- Strong in proposal strategy and presentation
- Experienced in CRM Loyalty operation will be a plus
