INTRODUCTION/OBJECTIVE:
Digital solution director will play a critical role in social and digital counsel to our existing clients, and prospective new business. He/she must have a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful integrated, social/digital campaigns and provide strategic counsel to clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, develop and transform the digital and social strategy, counsel and offer to clients, overseeing data-analytics, social, CRM solutions.
- Provide digital counsel to both internal team and clients to form strategy, shape consumer-interactive programs, and implement comprehensive/integrated digital campaigns.
- Drive digital innovation through partnerships with new media/platforms/apps and technology providers, and bring the knowledge and feasible working models to internal team for implementation
- Liaise with internal IT dept. or the third party vendors to manage database and technology resources, social listening/aggregation platforms to conduct necessary research functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years digital/social experience;
- Has experience in FMCG/Retailing industries for global brands
- Proven network and client relationship with senior digital contacts, with an ability to develop proposal and drive digital pitches
- Digital savvy, outstanding knowledge/experience in digital/social media marketing tools and methodologies.
- Planning skills and strategic thinking
- Good team player as well as team leader.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills both in English and Mandarin
