POSITION: Audience Management – Senior Analyst (GDC)
LOCATION: Shanghai, China

REPORT TO: Senior Manager
COMPANY: A global data-driven, technology-enabled performance marketing agency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct custom analyses to leverage data attributes and client business knowledge to develop audience based media testing and targeting strategy
- Support the implementation of data management platforms (DMP's) by defining online/offline data captures, integration and audience development
- Work with internal data management teams to supporting data onboarding, log file integration for reporting and measurement
- Support building a testing, targeting and measurement roadmap, and monitor contact strategy, channel and media partner overlap using DMPs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience in digital analytics
- Hands on experience creating insights from using digital data. (Ex. Adobe Analytics)
- Preferred experience with reporting and analyses using SQL, SAS or R but not required
- Preferred experience executing solutions within digital media analytics
- MBA or graduate degree in quantitative field or marketing preferred
- Extensive experience with ad server data or site analytics tools and data. Preferred basic experience with SQL or SAS or R
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving skills; takes initiative
