Position: Global Account Manager
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for engagement with German originated accounts (GOC)
- Profound understanding on set up and business structure of accounts
- Develop and drive GOC account plan. Develop account contact matrix and drive the engagement plan
- Profound know-how on client portfolio and ability to identify account requirements and mapping client's solutions to them
- Focus on opportunity closing
- Coordinate on company internal resources for marketing, sales, service, pricing, bid support
- Consolidate monthly sales reports
- Provide quarterly updates to management on account business status
Characteristics:
- Skills = 75% sales, 25% technical
- Functional role and reporting to Sales Manager

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development
- Able to work in a cross-functional environment, with strength in working with people and building relationships
- Excellent sense for figures with sharp business acumen and an analytical mind
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working especially with Retail Industry is preferred
- Willing to travel within China Region
