Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the China Operations HR activities and strategies for China
- Establish & implement HR programs & initiatives to support business goals in China both short-term and long-term
- Act as a business partner for Shanghai Office line management and proactively interface with line managers to understand and support them for HR issues
- Ensure successful implementation of corporate policies and make sure the local policies aligned with corporate guidelines and China labor laws
- Assist to develop C&B strategies for China
- Plan and deliver the key HR programs. e.g. LDR, PFT, Succession Planning, EER, ME, etc
- Develop training & development programs for China and drive for its implementation
- Conduct the recruitment activities and follow up the whole hiring process
- Explore and maintain the recruitment channels
- Build up the partnership with major universities in China and follow up its execution for the talent pipeline and development
- HR reports handling and coordination
- Other administrative work for HR operations
Qualifications:
- University degree in HR or related discipline
- 10 years+ relevant experience in multinational corporations preferably in HR generalist role
- With sound supervisory experience in HR function
- Knowledgeable on China employment labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong multi-task skills and detail oriented
- Result-focused
- Proficient MS-office skills
- Excellent English skill in both reading and writing
