POSITION: International Practice Solutions Manager–APAC Region

OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a direct marketing specialist to manage the delivery of solutions across a number of strategic accounts. The APAC Solutions Manager will establish and maintain a strong partnership with clients, partners and internal teams by ensuring successful execution of deliverables and by providing overall efficient account management to COMPANY's clients in the Asia Pacific region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing working partnerships with clients and internal teams
- Coordinating workflow and communication with other team members
- Day to day account servicing and management of internal & client expectations
- Researching and providing recommendations on CRM solutions for clients
- Campaign timeline management
- Recommending effective marketing channels (online and offline) and developing test plans
- Working with internal client teams and analysts to provide an optimal content strategy
- Driving business by ensuring key program goals are met
- Responsibility for on time, on strategy, accurate program execution
- Keeping abreast of the latest news and trends in the industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years working experience and minimum of 3 years agency experience
- Knowledge of and experience in B2C and/or B2B campaign management
- Experienced in executing marketing campaigns across all key channels
- Digital marketing experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage client relationships, especially sensitive issues and effectively problem solve
- Ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast changing environment
- Software Experience: Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Communication Skills: Good written and oral presentation skills; client management skills, experienced team player, second language helpful
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills; ability to manage a team
- Willing to travel internationally as required
