Position: Partner Development Manager
Report to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and development of the Channel from establish policy, partners' qualification, partner contracts process and sales engagement perspective.
- Develop promotions and incentives with partners
- Support Sales to manage all partners accounts information and contracts (including Distributors and Reseller)
- Partner enablement and training
- Provide channels development and close engagement leadership with partners
- Coordinate customer events to effectively drive sales revenue through channel partners
- Working closely with the regional sales lead, marketing, consulting and support organizations
- Ability to effectively to resolve issues and channel conflicts as they arise
- Manage all projects quality service by partners
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years working in the similar role
- Prefer at the age of 30 years old or above
- Good understanding of Enterprise Software business
- Comfortable with Multi National Software Companies internal processes
- Ability to get in details, solve problems & dynamics personality
- Proven leadership of partner recruitment and enablement
- Project planning- and project management skills will be an advantage
