Introduction:
This person will work directly with regional Supply Chain team, to define and document report requirements, design and develop BW solutions to support regional/global reports and functional users reporting requirements.
He/She will handle all functional modules in the area of Supply Chain (APO), logistics, finance and various external interfaces. He/she will conduct end-user training; prepare training document, user procedure manuals.
As part of BW COE team, he/she must have an expert understanding of the operation of SAP and the integration between various SAP modules especially APO. To ensure BW solutions are developed effectively to meet business requirements and are completed within assigned time schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

Design / Define various regional repots to support regional Supply Chain processes (such as S&OP, R vs CC, AOP, …) and KPI measurement (SFA, Blueline, Sales stability, POF, Cost to serve…), provide correct information from various systems, which can be convert to various meeting deck easily.

Design appropriate BW architecture by following company regional standard, to ensure best system performance with minimum data redundancy.

To review and streamline the BW process chain jobs, and ensure data loading jobs from ECC source are functioning well, Setup routine jobs to house-keep the temporary table/ change log to ensure smooth system operation

Responsible for standardize business reports across functional areas, to ensure one set of number being used across, for making accurate business decision

Responsible for setting up key business reports by following regional planning cycle and time line, and also responsible for daily BW report for all users in regional SC.
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Information System
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in providing regional/country level support in BW, SAP for multinational company. Well-verse in multi-disciplinary modules in SAP & APO.

Solid experience in BW architecture design, structured analysis, problem resolutions and performance tuning using SAP BI statics.

Completed at least 3 full cycles of BW implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Good experience in ABAP writing programs for the Function modules, Data Source Enhancement, User Exits and Debugging Knowledge will be advantageous

Deep knowledge in BW & SAP with extensive works in Modeling, Extractions, Retraction, Bex, Web application Designer

Highly analytical and detail-oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to learn quickly and manage multiple assignments as required

Demonstrate proficiency working as an effective member of a team, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude
