POSITION: Senior Training Consultant
LOCATION: Shenzhen, China

OBJECTIVE:
The Consultant will focus on delivering training projects to clients focusing on thought leadership development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use company's product materials and an innovative delivery method, present training programs in leadership skills, workforce/team member skills, customer service skills and/or interviewing skills to participants from a client company.
- Design Training materials to better align with client's requirements.
- Support sales meeting with clients before training delivery to fully understand client's needs.
- Develop some of temporary part-time Facilitators / Consultants to conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops that enable client organizations to deliver their own in-house instruction.
- Work with other functions e.g. Sales teams and Consulting teams, to drive customized consulting services to our clients when necessary.
- Promote company's brand and solutions, and develop long-term business relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master degree (Industrial/Organization Psychology or HRM related is preferred), with bachelor degree in Psychology.

10+ years of experience delivering high-impact training to the audiences, with 5 years in leader role.
- Previous certification in nationally known leadership and workforce development programs is a plus.
- Strong internal and external client service orientation.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel base on client's requests.
