POSITION: Technical Analyst
LOCATION: Shenzhen, China

JOB PURPOSES:
Work within our Production Support team to provide technical support to a customer service call center and work with other technical teams to analyze issues, identify resolutions, bugs or required development work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring of System interfaces, messages and communications
- Trouble service call center with Level 2 application problems
- Identify bugs and document for development fixes
- Test development fixes
- Documenting support procedures and solutions for common application problems
- Develop and implement test plans for development cycles and system integrations
- Create spreadsheets, calendars, and matrices to improve testing process
- Document testing procedures and methodologies
- Report problems/errors in the system and recommend resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, application testing, quality assurance production support, technical customer services
- Experience in data center operations or other information technology experience a plus
- Strong customer service skills, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, follow thru and follow-up, strong analytical skills
- Data integration experience a plus
- Knowledge of pack and scan applications experience a plus
- Financial or physical supply chain ERP implementations experience a plus
- Actual corporate procurement experience
- Familiarity with EDI, EFT and XML transaction processing
- Experience with internet protocols, communications/transmission protocols ( AS2, FTP)
- Banking, international business, shipping and logistics experience a plus
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written communications skills; team player
